All returns will result in a 25% Restocking Fee. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs on returned items
All products must be returned in its original packaging, Items must be returned to our warehouse within 2 weeks from the day the order is received
Once the item is assembled in your home we will not be able to take it back even if it’s originally packed
Refunds cannot be issued until the product arrives back at our warehouse and is fully inspected
If the item arrives back to our warehouse damaged a refund will not be honored
We must be notified of all returns ahead of time
If an order is refused upon delivery customer is fully liable for all fees including redelivery charges. All deliveries are confirmed ahead of time, if the customer is not home after confirmation is made the customer will be fully liable for a redelivery charge
Refusal of an entire order do to one damaged item will result in a restocking fee and delivery fees (Magic Furniture House will exchange any damaged item at no extra cost to the customer)
If the wrong address is provided by the customer there will be a redelivery charge
All orders can be canceled before the items are shipped from our supplier’s warehouse or Magic Furniture House warehouse. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and ship within 72 hours from the day the order is placed. If an item does not fit into an entrance of a customer’s home then the customer will be responsible for all fees for the item to be returned all “special orders” cannot be returned for a refund. All missing parts or hardware will be mailed to the customer within 48-72 hours after we are notified. Items that arrive damaged upon delivery will be processed for an exchange from the time we are notified by the customer or our freight company and will be shipped within 48-72 hours for replacement (Fulfillment is contingent on stock availability)
If all merchandise is not inspected upon delivery and details of all damages or any other issue are not written on the drivers. Paperwork before signing off customer will forfeit their ability for any exchange
If a certificate of insurance is needed for the delivery there will be an additional fee charged (Inquire for additional cost)
If a ferry ride is required for a delivery to be made there will be an additional fee charged (Inquire for additional cost)
Magic Furniture House must be notified ahead of time of any returns (Notifications can be made via chat, email or phone)
Special orders cannot be cancelled and are nonrefundable. Orders can only be cancelled before the items are shipped. Cancelled orders that are shipped will result in a 25% restocking fee
Delivery fees are not refundable on shipped orders. All out of stock orders are reserved and paid for by Magic Furniture House in advance. Therefore once agreed upon to wait a cancelation of order and a refund will not be honored
If items are damaged OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, the fact must be documented with the delivery company at the time of delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect the delivery. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery WHEN YOU SIGN to accept the delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside. Note your concerns on the delivery ship, insist the package be opened for inspection outside, and if the driver refuses, write it down on the delivery ship and get a copy – or refuse the delivery. In order to support any potential damage claim, you must notify us within 24 hours by phone or by email. We will either replace the damaged item, at our expense, send you a replacement part or send you the whole item. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our main concern
